Unfortunately this must be my review. I started bringing my car to this place back on February. Recently I had to bring my car to a mechanic to have my pam replaced, it was $600 and the only place I change my oil in the last year was this place. Its frustrating because they are not taking responsibility for this. the stuff is friendly but they cost me $600 and its not fair, they place a part that wasnt for my car.

Pedro, the store manager, offers excellent customer service. I visited the shop to change the oil and air filter. They checked everything in my car. Great prices and an awesome job. I totally recommend them.

The tech who took care of me treated me like an uneducated female. He mansplained how the mechanics of a car works and treated me like an idiot because I was over 3000 miles since my last oil change. I normally go 10,000 miles based on the type of oil I use. He also tried to upsell me on doing a whole transmission oil change, do work on my power steering and my rear differentials among other things. I just did a major service at a specialized and extremely reputable, honda shop and took care of all this. He insisted nothing was done since he couldn't find a car fax record of it. There were actually no car fax records at all so he lectured me on needing to do oil changes every 3000 miles and that I was 100,000 late! I explained that I have had this vehicle for over 100,000 miles and that I obviously have had consistent oil changes and other necessary work done on my car since I first got it. He was condescending and I did not appreciate the way I was treated. There were several other cars being worked on, all with men in them and I did not see this lecturing going on with anyone else. Had my husband gone instead of me, I'm sure it would have been a different experience.

Beware of sites like this one.
Exceeded the oil level. My car is supposed to receive 4qts. and they added so much over the measurement. That was in my Subaru legacy. Now, I have to remove the oil from the spark plugs and ignition coils.

The head service man I believe his name was Marcus was extremely helpful and informative . He definitely got me to do other things but I didn’t feel like he was up selling me. He felt like he genuinely cared.
