I tried Y7 EV on ClassPass, loved it, and decided to do the unlimited monthly membership. I have been attending 3-5x/week for the last three weeks and absolutely love it! The temperature in the room is perfect, and the flows are directed with very clear directives. They are challenging and the instructors always offer helpful modifications. Angelica is fantastic and creates a very safe and calm environment while also encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. The sculpt classes are fantastic as well and offer something a little different! All of the instructors seem to offer something slightly different which make the classes diverse and interesting, they have all been great!

Angelica is an amazing teacher! I took her 12pm SCULPT class. She explained everything very thoroughly, gave clear options for modifications, has a calm, grounded voice, and structured a very well balanced class. This is definitely a challenging yet empowering class that’s NOT high intensity/bootcamp- like where the instructor is basically yelling at you. SO refreshing to do a strength class that leaves you refreshed and is not overwhelming.

Maybe the worst yoga studio I’ve ever been to. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I live close by but I’m disappointed every time. Last night the studio was so unreasonably hot, I was dripping sweat to the point I was getting very dizzy during the flows and had to stop near the end. I’ve practiced yoga for years so it’s not that the flow itself was especially challenging but the room was unbearably hot. Everyone was wiped out after this class. They only have the water fountain that fills your water bottle and I forgot my bottle so I asked the front desk if they had cups. They said they didn’t have cups but I could buy water instead. Let me get this right…you’re a hot yoga studio and you don’t have a way for customers to get water without purchasing it. Glad to hear you care so much about safety in your studio!

Love this Studio! Hot yoga via Infrared heat, led candles and no mirrors! All the best to focus on your practice on the mat! Love the instructors and staff! Good vibes all around ✨

I took the Flow and Restore class with Ava and it was exactly what I needed. The candlelit studio felt miles away. I walked away feeling refreshed and lighter.

I enjoy the classes but will not be continuing my membership here due to their poor customer service. A responsible business would have a proper customer service system with timely cancelation as opposed to needing to wait 7 days for an email response to cancel a membership.

I usually recommend Y7 to everyone but I don’t know what is happening these days. Their rooms are NOT a heated room anymore. I even asked them if they changed the heat to be a lot lower since it’s been several classes, or maybe I’m just getting used to it? And the girl at the front desk literally was clueless and said it’s up to the instructor. I thought that was weird that the front desk member couldn’t answer a simple question. I have started going to Fierce Grace and bode yoga because they can’t consider this class “hot” yoga anymore.
That aside, I LOVE the classes and music choices. When I say I used to recommend any y7 to everyone, I mean it. I don’t want to waste money and time going to this location when I’m not getting what I want out of it anymore, but also don’t want to waste money going to other locations that also don’t heat their rooms anymore to just be disappointed after a class time and time again. If that isn’t a problem for you, you’ll love the class. Great music and for the most part, instructors are great.
