After a long day of lawyering and showing properties to my real estate clients, Yoga Journey is where I decompress and regroup. They have a wide variety of classes. The schedule is great as they offer classes during the day and in the evenings for the busy folk! The cost can’t be beat either! Yogis is all different practice levels attend classes together. As a beginner, I love being inspired by the more seasoned yogis. Owner Leslie Glickman also hosts a free yoga session at Sanborn Square (also in Boca) on Saturday mornings.

Emily was an amazing instructor!!! Her class was perfect for all levels and her instruction was so easy to follow. The studio was clean, the staff was friendly. All around wonderful experience!

Yoga Journey is essentially a match making service with a twist because the match is YOU. In the chaotic world we live in this studio teaches you how to find the quiet, truly get to know yourself, hear your inner voice and breathe. Truly breathe. I have done yoga off and on throughout my life at different studios until I found myself at Yoga Journey. It keeps me balanced and allows me to be my best self (still working on it!). Leslie is truly gifted at what she does, yet is kind and humble to all and clearly selects other wonderful teachers along side her. Boca is fortunate to have this studio. If you are looking for an authentic human experience, even if you have never done Yoga a day in your life - drop in for a Yin session and discover yourself from the inside out.

I’m from out of town and do yoga 4 times a week. Thanks to Lisa’s yoga class I didn’t have to miss my practice and the class was fantastic. Made me feel at home on my borrowed mat and the studio is great. Highly highly recommended. I will probably do her class online when I get home since that’s an option.

Beautiful studio. Great instructors, very attentive. Clean. Smells good. Classes are cheap! They have a variety of yoga styles. Mats are available if you don't bring one. They sell water if you forget along with other things. Highly recommend to a friend:) enjoy!

Best place for yoga in town! The teachers are amazing and helpful. They offer many different type of classes. The schedule is great too, they offer early morning and evening classes too. Very welcoming atmosphere and beautiful studio. Definitely give this place a try.

Its funny because I see others saying exactly how I feel about this studio, the teachers and Leslie! This place feels like home! Classes give the perfect amount of push and pull. It will take you as far as you want to go with your practice with the support of beautiful people guiding you on your journey while keep you safe. You cant miss out on the experience for yourself!

I love this studio, it's a very warm and friendly environment, the classes are fun and each teacher brings their own style which makes it enjoyable and challenging. I always feel so much better after a class at yoga journey. Bar none the best studio in Boca Raton!
