I got to know Yogamu by reading good reviews about it, I started with the 200hr YTT, but as soon as I saw the quality of their teaching materials and their online classes I upgraded my package and I can’t find words to express how satisfied I am with them. They offer the highest quality of teaching with the most affordable price, super friendly and professional teachers and almost 24hr schedule of classes making students to join from all over the world. I am really lucky and thankful that I got to know this beautiful people and to practice my spiritual practices with them. Would recommend 10/10.

0 Stars - Deeply Disappointing Experience with YogaMu

I strongly advise against enrolling in any course offered by YogaMu. As someone certified through the Yoga Alliance in 2016, I sought to refresh my knowledge and, unfortunately, chose YogaMu based on a friend's suggestion. The $200 fee was the first red flag I overlooked.

Course Material & Structure: The content, both textual and video, was disorganized and incoherent, making the learning process frustrating. It delved too deeply into certain topics while barely touching others, failing to establish a solid foundation expected from a 200hr YTT course. The quality of videos varied significantly between instructors, suffering from poor production values and often inaudible audio.

Communication Breakdown: The absolute worst aspect, however, was the lack of communication from YogaMu's team. It has been 5-6 months since I completed my requirements, yet I've received no feedback or acknowledgment of my coursework and video submission. This is a stark contrast to my previous experience with Yoga Alliance, where such processes took no longer than a week, indicating a severe lack of efficiency or concern from YogaMu's side.

Despite multiple emails and a request for a refund a few months ago, my attempts to reach out have been met with silence. This experience has been not only a waste of time but also of money.

Final Verdict: Do NOT invest in YogaMu if you're serious about pursuing or enhancing your career in yoga. The company's inability to provide a coherent educational experience, coupled with their disregard for student communication, suggests a lack of respect for their clients. Save your resources and look elsewhere to achieve your training and certification goals.

I can’t say enough good things about YogaMu! The teachers are amazing, support is very helpful, each of the programs are very comprehensive, and they are always adding and updating. I’m wrapping up my 300hr teacher training and I’ve learned so much and gained so much confidence as a teacher. Some of my students have even started the program because of my obvious excitement about it! I originally became a massage therapist after completing a 200hr YTT (not from YM) because I didn’t feel I was knowledgeable enough about anatomy and physiology. I feel that YogaMu does a great job covering these areas. I am also enrolled in the Kundalini 300hr and Yoga therapy 800 AND children’s yoga. There are so many classes to chose from and not enough time in the day!

Love the self paced learning, the delivery method for the materials, live classes, instructors and open office hours. Customer support is fast and friendly. This is the only school I have found that offers recognition from the Meditation Alliance International, beyond that everything they offer for education is extremely valued to me!

Yogamu has changed my life. I started out with the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and then joined the Yoga Therapy Course. The teachers are excellent. You can choose live classes, or if needed, you can watch recorded classes if you aren't able to attend the live ones. You are able to learn at your own pace, which means your schedule can be flexible. The prices are fair (lower than most), and if you are not able to afford the class you are looking at, you can apply for a scholarship. The navigation takes some getting used to, but I would (and will) purchase more courses from Yogamu.

Excellent quality teachers. Lots of live classes and recordings if you can’t make it live. Learn at your own pace. Super flexible. Affordable prices that got me started on my amazing yoga path. Besides the yoga teacher training I highly recommend the Kundalini and Meditation courses (excellent teachings and guidance) They have changed my life. True Yoga school. Namaskar.
