I’ve been practicing at Yoga Six for almost 2 years. I do the Hot and Power classes and love it! It’s made a huge impact on my health, but more importantly is the impact it’s had on my daughter. She is a D1 swimmer and wanted to focus on her mental health while she was home over the summer. As soon as she got home I brought her to the studio for a class. She loved it and continued to attend classes all summer, loving how yoga made her feel. The impact it had on her mindset is incredible. She went back to college in August and her coaches immediately noticed a huge difference in her confidence, training and mental preparation. She finally feels she has the tools to handle the stress being a student athlete and bring the fun back to competition. It also helped huge with her flexibility which is so important for athletes. She's now made yoga a part of her life, going 2 - 3 times a week. Huge thank you to the instructors at Yoga Six who made her feel welcome and comfortable at every class. She’ll be back at Thanksgiving to practice at the studio!

Amazing experience with Brielle & Sunni! I always look forward to Brielle’s hot yoga class & Sunni’s slow flow. It’s restorative for the mind and body ? I spend a lot of time at my desk & workout 5x a week - these yoga classes have healed my injuries, improved my posture & helped me recover faster. Really welcoming & friendly community, beautiful & clean space. Memberships are a fair price for the wonders it’s done to my body & mental health ?

Omg!!! Yes!!! This was not only an amazing workout but everyone at the studio was so welcoming!
They have hot and warm classes, high and low intensity but I love the high intensity classes. The teachers kept me so motivated and wanting more!

Where do I start? I am a fan. All the instructors are very nice and all have their own unique style of yoga classes along with beautiful , welcoming personalities. Classes are a little bit of everything and will get you hooked for more. I highly recommend this studio. You will not be disappointed. Your body and mind will love it.

Brielle’s hot classes have been great, as a newbie yogi only a year in really appreciate the balance she strikes as a teacher between demonstrating/encouraging good form through the “flow” and motivating the students to power through the high intensity portions!

Nancy's hot classes have been wonderful as well! As an instructor, she puts obvious preparation into ensuring each class maintains a consistent tempo and rhythm through the flows but also provides distinct areas of focus for the students to keep things fun and varied.

Recommend all the instructors here, and the studio generally!

I have been coming to Y6 since it opened last January (2023). It has been an incredible experience! I have loved each and every class I have taken as well as all the instructors. I tend to take hot and power classes. Gretchen’s power class is one of my favorites! And I enjoy all the classes I’ve taken with Sunny, Nancy, Brielle, Gabby and Perla! My schedule doesn’t permit me to get out very often but when I do, they each bring a unique style to the class and take me out of whatever headspace I’m in and into an awesome yoga class! I highly recommend giving this studio a try - I’m so glad we have one like it out here in Bee Cave.

As a founding member at YogaSix studio, I have had the opportunity to experience the growth and evolution of this studio from the very beginning. From day one, I have been blown away by the caliber of classes, instructors (especially Brielle!), and overall atmosphere at YogaSix. Each class is thoughtfully designed and offers a unique blend of physical challenge, mindfulness, and relaxation. I love that they're always offering theme classes and workshops, plus partnering with local businesses and hosting community events. Highly recommend!
